avocado or banana after protein?

If I don't feel nauseous is it okay to eat these foods 45 mins after protein?

Personally I wait at least an hour before sipping on OJ. Within that hour I might drink a little water if I feel like it. 45 mins seems a bit short to me, but I guess you can try it and see how it goes.
