can i use coconut oil instead of olive oil for the juice?
honey instead of sugar? (i think this is "yes")
how many calories do i need to consume (input for the nutrient calculator)?
gonna give it another good shot. need to do it right this time.

Lots and lots and lots of OJ (with sugar and oil added)
1 avocado
1 banana
a few slices of melon
125 grams of raw salmon or egg yolk
Sometimes I eat a salad containing 1 cucumber, 4 tomatoes, 1 avocado, some oil, vinegar, chives and sugar, instead of some of the OJ.
Sometimes I eat mango, when well-ripened mangoes are available
