Hey guys, I asked a while back if anyone knows whether the 'set' honey you can get in supermarkets is raw or not... no-one replied Boo-hoo. Anyone know about this? Does honey become runny when it's been heated, and therefore the non-runny honey is raw? Or is this poor reasoning...?
Sample diet and green tea? honey? freshness of eggs?

its only raw honey if it says raw. you can get raw set honey and raw runny honey. similarly you can get heated set honey and heated runny honey. i found a good source of cheap raw honey, but the shipping fee is a lot.
