On top of all that, I think I got an unripe immature one. Oh, and the sap is like a cross of superglue and latex. I got it on my knife, spoon and hands. It felt like I was a kid who got bubble gum stuck on me that just refused to come off. An hour in the ocean did the trick, can't say the same for the knive and spoon...

Ah, jakfruit is actually very, very delicious.

Also guava... And salak-- with its woven wicker-type skin, and soft insides.
