Microwave Cooking (munch foods)
Occasionally I get a craving for a baked potato and will have it as a munch food. Is it acceptable to eat a baked potato that has been cooked using a microwave oven? Does microwaving create even "dirtier" proteins than other means of cooking, such as oven baking or steaming?

I dont know whether it creates dirtier protein, or not.
It seems that the visible effects of the cooking is similar to that of normal cooking, so that we may expect the 'dirty' effects to be similar as well.
Grilling, for example has more profound visible effects, and so does it have regarding dirty protein.
