Most of the fruit that I buy from the market is picked before it is ripe then shipped to me. I can find places that claim to pick it ripe then freeze it right away.
What would be better to eat fruit picked ripe then frozen or fresh fruit that was picked too early?

I dont know about your question john sorry, but can you tell by taste that the fruit you eat has been frozen? Im curious now cuz I dont know if mine has been frozen and since I buy from so many different stores all the time it would be damn nice to be able to tell that somehow.
Also, does anybody have an idea how common this is to freeze down fruit?

Re: fresh vs ripe
Luckily, the freezing is not a common thing...
The ripening of most fruits continues after picking, so its not bad if the fruit has been picked unripe, as long as you eat it when itas fully ripe.
Frozen fruit tastes like nothing.
