This is worth a watch- he even has a go at the food industry and it's pushing of protein on the general public. It's not Wai by any means but its probably of interest to most of us.

I like Pollan, good public speaker. Maybe we should connect Pollan with RRM, and see what happens.

Excellent idea Oscar!

I have just gotten my eyes (and ears) opened for Pollan.
I think he is a very smart man, and he has many good points.
