Haven't posted in a while, but here's a really cool site I came accross. Lots of stats, though I'm not sure how accurate it is. Some things may also be misleading; I compared a raw egg to a fried egg, for example, and noticed that the friend egg had less water (but they were comparing gram for gram) meaning the cooked version actualy seemed to have more nutrients. Anyway, it's a good site because it just gives nutrient facts; nothing subjective.

hence also more nutrient dense, even if some of those nutrients get lost.
