Would the lipids from an avocado aid the uptake and/or breakdown of proteins and omega 3 in salmon or tuna?
Would a banana specifically aid/obstruct/neutral during or after the intake of salmon or tuna?

Re: Lipid and protein intake
Regarding digestion of animal food, its about combining it with as little other foods. And if you want to combine foods, its about 'minimizing' the 'burdening effects. If a certain combination feels perfectly okay in your body, your body obviously didnt experience much problems in digesting it.
No the avocado is just another piece of food that needs to be digested (requiring a slightly different balance of digestive enzym), and the proteins / omega-3's already come in a perfect package: the flesh of the fish.rischott wrote:Would the lipids from an avocado aid the uptake and/or breakdown of proteins and omega 3 in salmon or tuna?
Obstruct, as there are not only fibers in banana, but also starches, which requires different enzymes / PH.Would a banana specifically aid/obstruct/neutral during or after the intake of salmon or tuna?
