Since I got back from school I have been eating raw tuna and salmon at least 3-4 four times a week and I have noticed that my chronic post nasal drip and sinus issues have disappeared. To say the least, I'm amazed and so relieved! There is no fresh fish at school and I eat yolks everyday, but they are from a local farm and they taste so good, the best yet.
It mush be in the fish, probably the omega-3 fats.
I can finally wake up and not feel so clogged up.
I have noticed a uplifting in my mood.
