Imagining the tenth dimension [video]

What do you guys think of this video? I thought it was very interesting, but I don't really understand how the concept of 'time' plays into it. I read a physicist saying time is relative and different in different places depending on the observer, so that the more gravity is pulling on you, the slower time is passing. For example, if you were close to the sun, and there were no other masses around, and someone else was twice as far away as you, you would be aging slightly more slowly than the further observer, and your watches would be off from one other if you watched them closely. He even said the speed of light doesn't actually slow down because of gravity, even though we know black holes don't let light escape their gravitational pull, so is this because time is so slow near the black holes mass that light is actually just taking a really long time to escape in our perception?

I like it! :D
Time is a relative concept, and a subjective one as well. The experience of the time concept differs depending on the context of the observer of the concept. So again perspective creates perception. ;)
