napping
your thoughts?
Re: napping
Zzzzzzzzzzzzzz...
Re: napping
I never take naps anymore.
In college, everyone would take naps cause they stayed up late studying or just chilled in their rooms watching tv and talking.
This is one thing I hated, this feeling of tiredness and not being to keep going the whole day. For me, it just ran me down each day.
If I felt like taking a nap, I'm sure I would. Listening to my body while on this diet, has become so much easier and I now know what my body really wants. If I don't listen to it, I will notice how an certain uncomfortableness comes over me.
Do you take them regularly?
