i don't know anyone outside of this forum. i'm from chicago, which supposedly i s one of the fattest cities in the us. i was in a mall once, looked around for about a minute, and couldn't find a single person whose body i would trade with. it's pretty sad.

it is very difficult to keep a diet like this up here. without this forum, it'd be even 10 times more difficult. barely anyone around is health conscious. and the ones who are, are clearly barking up the wrong avenues- pills, massive weight lifting, ...

but i'm gonna try.

what i was thrown off by, was when i started to eat crap again, i hardly broke out at all. don't get me wrong, i was gaining weight and developing a pot belly, but for some reason no acne. only recently since the weather change have i been breaking out.

anyway, i need to lose weight and this gut. and my skin needs to clear up.

i'm gonna do the two weeks, or until i'm clear, which will probably take less time. and then start experimenting with the munch.

LOL - Well actually I copied some software for him, and helped a bit with the site. After that we got together (with Corinne, and Gavi too) a couple of times. He's a really cool guy.
