Hey whats up dudes?
I liked to know what y'all think about it?
From one angle it may sound stupid.
But from another it can make sense to "let out the steam" from time to time.
And you know what, it doesnt seem to crash with what Wai says.
After all she advices us to satisfy cravings with munch foods daily.
So if you're a good boy all week and you let it out a little the week-end
seems like the same thing to me.

RRM: I really cant possibly believe that your diet has never ever affected your social life!
Maybe it has not affected it in a negative way, or maybe it has not been a great influence on your social life, but some situations always come up when you act different than others, when on this diet. What about if you go out eating in a pizza resturant, your friends share a pizza.. Or if some girl ask you out to take a coffe.. or some of your work colleagues asks you to join them for a beer?
I seldom cheat. Never eat cooked food, seldom drink alcohol (6 months since the last time) and I bring my own food everywhere.
It is not like this diet is making my social life a living hell, not at all, but it absolutely affect my choices and behavior in social settings, some times.
