Smelling cooked food

I am wondering, is smelling cooked food harmful to our body? Although we are not eating it, we are still inhaling the odour molecules which come from the cooked food. Just like how smelling secondhand smoke is harmful although we are not smoking it.

I'm not sure, but I don't think the odor per se would be harmful, though it could appeal to our 'addiction receptors'.
