And one last thing

Here we have the best pineapple in the world (victoria) for cheap, 1 euro or 50 cents coin sometimes.

I refer to the book and at the best combinations in a juicer (cold extraction)

Is it a safe combinations juice ??

Apple, pineapple, cucumber
Apple, pineapple
Papaya, apple, pineapple
Papaya, apple

In the perspective of optimal digestion...

Rectify any juice :

Papaya is too thick and not an extraordinary taste so I do not press papaya
Cucumber juice is perfect with tomato juice

So to return to my previous question (updated) : Apple juice, pineapple is ok? In the perspective of optimal digestion...

Also I drink orange juice every day (1 liter)

Im sorry, i accidentally messed up your first post.
Here are my responses to the original questions in that post.
No problem to walk out, long time walk (2-3 hours), RRM?
Of course, walking for hours is fantastic.
In fact it is important to get up early and go to bed early in the evening? And spend time outdoors?
Yes, to take full profit from the influence of daylight on your sleep, mood etc, its best to sleep early and wake up early;
try to get as close to the sunset-dawn rhythm.

Yes, it is a moderately low-mineral water.

Na: 1.5 mg / L
Cl: 0.6 mg / L

Colorado Springs:
Ca 5.3 mg / L
K: 2.7 mg / L
Na: 0.1 mg / L
Cl: 5.3 mg / L

Aytac:
Ca: 21 mg / L
Na: 2.8 mg / L
Cl: 6.3 mg / L

Volvic:
Ca 9.9 mg / L
K: 5.7 mg / L
Na: 9.4 mg / L
Cl: 8.4 mg / L

OJ is perfect.
Pineapple juice is ok.
Apple juice is low in nutrients.
Pineapple-apple juice is perfect for optimal digestion, but hardly ok regarding nutrients.
Pineapple-OJ would be much better.
