Luckily, the studies will keep coming.
There will never be less, only more.
More different HCAs will consistently show up in a greater variety of cooked foods.
And in the future, there will eventually be investigations comparing the effects of all raw diet versions to all cooked food diet versions.
Right now, such comparisons are only distilled through calculations. But this report is a milestone, opening the door to more direct comparisons.

i wonder if too much raw meat (especially from grain-fed, regular supermarket meat, cattle or salmon fed with growth-promoting antibiotics etc.) can be as much bad as processed?
I can not afford organic beef or salmon, so is it better to avoid it altogether or still to eat it in small amounts?

The scientific evidence is specifically about heat-borne molecules, such as heterocyclic amines, polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons.
HCAs are present in all cooked meats.
If animals are fed recycled feedings contaminated with accumulating harmfull compounds (eg dioxins in contaminated feedings),
yes, the results may be similar. However, this is very rarely the case, whereas cooking always originates HCAs.
Similarly, growth hormones and antibiotics are assimilated by the livestock, and administration of these is usually adequately halted prior to slaughter to prevent residues from showing up in the meat.
So, eating raw meats is vastly safer than eating cooked meat.
