If I gave plasma once or at the most, twice a week, would that affect my health in any major adverse way?

I can make around 200 dollars a month if I gave twice a week. I need the money to help keep the diet going and since I would only do it for a month at the most, I want to make sure I'm not going to screw up my body in the short or long term.

No, I dont think so.
It seems that the FDA say that the maximum frequency donation is once in 2 days, but no more than twice a week.
And the FDA can be accused of many things, but not of being carelessness regarding safety.
