Arrgg more acne!!

My acne jest keeps getting worse I dont know what is causeing it.
I dont drink alot of bottled water because my mom stoped buying it and I have know tranportation right now.

can drinki alot of plain tap water give you acne because I am drinking alot of that.
And also is olive oil a possible acne trigger because I am eating alot of that to.

Both water and olive oil should be fine. Either your acne gets worse because your skin is getting better (which makes the sebum get to the surface), or you're eating something which causes more.

Can you list exactly what you're eating?

No need I think I out.
The raw fish I was eating was pre frozen and sauteed with spices I dint even realize till I finally talked to the chef I was getting it from.

Do you think that was causing it?

Absolutely.
Just a pinch of spices already makes me break out.
