I have basically been doing this routine every day.
I recently started my diet over because I wasent eating sun dried fruit and I was not cutting the skin of my fruit which can be very harmful if you don't I soon found out err..
Darn those pesticides.
I recently found out a big cause of my acne because I finally found out what the liver does for your body and how good it is!!
And all the damage that I inflicted on it with all the dirty protein and TYLENOL.
So I am really trying to detox it.
OK now for the diary:
morning:1 apple (skin cut off)1 tsp. of honey with green tea and lemon
snack:1cup blue berries 1/4cup dried cranberries/1tsp of olive oil/5 Brazil nuts(they seem to be no harm)
Another snack:skinless apple
lunch:1/2cup ofraw butternut squash 1tsp of olive oil 1 orange
snack:1 cup frozen berries
Dinner:1tblespoon of olive oil 2 cups raw broccoli i cup naked brand carrot juice
snack:2tblespoon olive oil tomato 1/2 cucumber 1/2 avocado lettuce
snack:1/3cup almonds 1/4 cup dried goose berries 1cup blue berries
And I usually have all that in a day with a lot of water with lemon.
My skin is a lot less oily and more some my acne is getting better but then it gets worse because I cant stop picking at it
