Most headaches are caused by caffeine withdrawal. If you've just recently started the diet and are consuming less coffee and what not, that is probably the most likely explanation.
If its any consolation, I routinely will drink a liter or more of OJ after working out or going for a long run. Never felt anything but relieved!
I think lots of headaches are caused by nutrient deficiencies. I used to get loads of headaches and weird eye aches as a kid. I ate really unhealthily as a kid and i was definately deficient in many vitamins and minerals. Check ur getting all the vitamins and minerals u need, eat more egg yolks perhaps.
Obviously u get headaches from lack of sleep, hangovers etc, but i believe ur body lets you know if your not eating well enough.
