any non acne sufferers?

I found these site when researching raw fish, and I feel like I have found enlightenment. Never had acne before, I just wanted to change my lifestyle. The American diet/mind-state is utterly disgusting now that I look back at it. The Wai diet offers not just acne treatment, but an understanding of our bodies and how we just treat them.

My brain cannot control my digestion...

Low fiber version of Wais diet is the best treatment I have found...

Aeons ahead of cooked food...
