coconut banana
Something that I have found tastes good is to mash a banana with a potato masher then mix in melted coconut oil.
I can vouch for this combination, a lovely dessert that tastes almost as though it has something alcoholic in it.
My variation is
1 TBSP Extra virgin coconut oil
1 Egg yolk (Preferably organic and free range)
1 Banana (Sliced)
1 TBSP Sultanas
Mix the first two and then add the remainder.
This is a good way to get an egg yolk without noticing that it's there. The sultanas do not hydrate with the egg yolk or oil, so they are still quite chewy and this may not be to everyone's liking.

The nature of monkey was... irrepressible!
