RRM, What exactly constitutes low mineral content in water? Could you provide us with the minimum requirements?

Would this be considered low, moderate or high:

Regarding the what range of levels is considered low (to moderate), here are some examples of other low- to moderately-low mineral waters:

Montcalm:
Ca: 3 mg / L
K: 0.4 mg / L
Na: 1.5 mg / L
Cl: 0.6 mg / L

Colorado Springs:
Ca 5.3 mg / L
K: 2.7 mg / L
Na: 0.1 mg / L

There is a new brand of low-mineral water here in Norway. It is called "Isklar", tastes good, is a little expensive, but not that expensive.

They claim it to be very low-mineral. What do you guys think? Is it a good water?

It contains less minerals than Volvic. Since that is suppost to be a "good water" according to Wai, I guess this should be too?

I live in Stockholm, and I couldn't find any of the waters that were listed in the book (Volvic, Montcalm etc.), but I did find a Norwegian one that is called "Imsdal". Here is what it contains:

I have a bit of trouble here, all the bottled drinking water here is either natural spring water, evian glacier water, and reverse osmosis demineralized water sold from the giants coca-cola and pepsi, aquafina and dasani. This is what I been using to clean my face.. which I now know have a high mineral content although advertised as demineralized.

It may have had some impact, but not that much, i think,
since the contents are not that radical.

Yes, it depends indeed.
Its just that the low mineral waters are safe, and the others may cause (some) adverse effects, or not.

Actually this site is wrong, in this case. The bottle lists it's contents and this is the difference it lists.
