Why?RRM wrote:yes, but with the high-fat version you will feel less energetic,

I was full of energy during one year on a raw carnivorous diet (high fat/protein very low carb).
I will. How much protein can I eat per day ?Instead (or as well) you may increase your protein consumption (raw animal food)

Your raw carnivorous diet was also high in protein.
Unlike fat, both protein and sugars make you feel very energetic,
by activating adrenalin and other hormones.
If you are not susceptible to acne, you can eat as much as you want,How much protein can I eat per day ?
if you dont mind retaining a little more water (in your skin).
I mean is-it healthy to eat lots of (raw) protein ?RRM wrote:If you are not susceptible to acne, you can eat as much as you want,How much protein can I eat per day ?

What about the nitrogen load on a high protein meal ?
Do you limit protein intake only for susceptible to acne ?
Its better than cooked foods, but not so healthy because:fred wrote: I mean is-it healthy to eat lots of (raw) protein ?
nitrogen > ammonium > ureum,What about the nitrogen load on a high protein meal ?
which are mildly toxic.
No, also for cellulite, and to prevent accelerated aging of the skin.Do you limit protein intake only for susceptible to acne ?
(due to retaining too much water in the skin)
And, of course for health reasons (nitrogen load).
It can, but there are hardly any vitamins and minerals in honey.fred wrote:Can honey replace fruit juice on WaidDiet ?fred wrote:How about using honey+fat ? There is no fibers in honey...
Its not much better than sugar.
(And instead of honey+fat you meant honey+animal food?)
I moved your question 'to your own thread' because your questions
seem very specific for your situation.
I guess the only way to get to know the answers is by trial and error.
Normally, there is nothing wrong with eating a mango, naturally,
and there is plenty of directly available energy in it for aiding digestion.
Why dont you try juicing?
Just take small sips constantly, and closely monitor your blood sugar level.

Its hard to tell, as your situation is complicated.fred wrote:I've just eaten a mango and I feel cold and my energy has dropped.
Is-it because the sugar in fruit does not provide enough available energy for my body and for the digestion of the fibers ? Is-it because the fibers slow down the digestion and make unavailable the energy for my body ?
If I want to eat a fruit, what should I do ?
-choose low fiber high sugar fruits ?
-Eat less (one mango seems to much)
-Add easy to digest sugar (honey, juice...)
?
