Does constant heat (hot weather 32-37 temp) aggravate acne? I live in pretty hot temperature area, I sweat constantly(especially T-Zone, chin and head) but not much at a time. So, if this is the situation, how should I deal with it? Adding an extra cleansing routine to maximum 3 times a day as I wash my face twice a day right now.
Or should I just simply wipe/blot my face. I have very oily skin, plus with the sweat-attack, it turnout that I looked like exercising at any given time. Help me...

No. Sweating (a lot) is perfectly fine regarding acne.Jerry wrote:Does constant heat (hot weather 32-37 temp) aggravate acne?
Yes!Or should I just simply wipe/blot my face.
Try not to irritate the skin; dont try to make your skin dry.
Yeah...
So, is there any way to control the sweat-attack? I have no idea why my sweat-glands is over active, people around me never seems to be that hot, although they feel hot not as much as me.
It is a pain because it made my skin(whole body) feels sticky...and shiny(face)
I am thin, sort of anorexia-like. So, probably not due to excessive fats, I guess?

That would be unhealthy, since your body obviously needs to get rid of excess heat.Jerry wrote:

Sweating a lot is very healthy, as overheating damages cells.
I guess your body produces more heat than others do.
(my body does too)
Maybe you can get that down through meditation? (a subject I know nothing about, but others here do)
Obviously not.So, probably not due to excessive fats, I guess?
