Of course, that depends on your energy requirements at that point.
The frequency is also very important. Roughly 50 to 100 ml every 15 minutes.

About the fiber: fiber gives you a full feeling, while only a small amount can actually be used for energy, so energy-wise it's not so efficient.

Nobody could possibly answer you that question :)
Some people like me can't tolerate not even one banana, some eat 30.. so how could anyone know how many can you specifically eat without unwanted side effects?

But I thought you wanted to gain weight?
Of course at some point you'll start gaining weight - when you eat more energy than your body needs.
The way Wai meant it is probably - as long as you're listening your body and eat in sync with your energy levels and you're 100% strict, then you won't gain weight.

I know from experience that you can gain on this diet like any other. Especially when not in touch with hunger/ satisfied feelings or eating emotionally/out of boredom. when u want to stop gaining, just eat less in each meal.
i cannot have nuts, i would be gaining too much, otherwise. and they are constipating for me.

What's harder drinking juice or feeling bloated?!
special circumstances call for special care.
don't do what others do, but what works for you. in this case where you aren't bloated. :)

I THINK A MIRACLE HAS HAPPENED TO ME! :shock:

After 10 years of amenorrhea, after so many hospitals, treatments, pills, contraceptives, doctors/professors consultations (they said, that I would not be able to have children) depression, low self esteem, fear, tension... but still with hope :D
Yesterday, for the first time in over 10 years, my period returned! NATURALLY!

Thank YOU, WAI DIET!!! Thank YOU VERY MUCH! ;D

I have gained weight, but only ~ 0,5kg and maybe it was not even necessary? :)
Maybe only egg yolks was everything that I needed? :)

And it makes me happy because I'm waiting for mine, too .
Last time i did the wai diet, i had great results regulating my cycle.
Must be a good sign for this plan if it normalizes hormones! :)
