WTH? You all are so active with only 2000 calories a day?‎
I am female, my lifestyle is more sedentary and i eat about 2500 calories a day (sugar fat ratio 3:1) ... now understand why i am gaining weight :x

by the way I am going to buy supplements to treat hair loss, what vitamins or minerals should i take?
I'm terrified, beacause my hair is constantly falling out in large quantities

It's called the buteyko method. It has improved my health alot. It is abouting breathing less 24/7. If you breathe less your body will adapt and be more efficient in absorbing Oxygen deep in the tissues due to several mechanisms. Oxygen is essential for energy and if you use it more effciently there will be less anaerobic respiration wich is much better for the body because it can focus better on energy instead of preventing damage to the body.

Belly breathe, breathe nasally, and do as much light aerobic excercise with strictly breathing nasally and you will start to feel a lot better within weeks. Read the CP and buteyko topics and visit www.normalbreathing.com for more info

my boyfriend's dad has three blocked arteries (98% 90% 70%) near his heart, now he is in hospital. His cholesterol is only 4.8 mmol/L.
Now he uses blood thinners and cholesterol-lowering medications.
What do you think about those drugs?

The site states that both cooked proteins and fats (and cholesterol and excess calcium) can clog arteries, but is cooked fat more of a danger than cooked protein? Or about the same? Or does it vary per person?
cooked protein and cooked cholesterol is worse than cooked fat, and deep fried food is the worst.
I thought only cooked cholesterol and cooked fat can clog arteries, but not cooked protein. So pasteurized milk from the supermarket or roasted chicken in oven, can clog arteries more than 1 or 2 times heated olive oil?

Heating the food will result in more oxidation, which will result in more free radicals and other harmful products. They will damage the body and also arteries. By doing this damage the body needs to buffer. If it needs to buffer too much of these attacks your arteries will get clogged eventually.

A raw food diet will minimize this effect and in fact, contains alot of antioxidants naturally, so that things won't oxidize, either outside or inside the body.

A lot of stuff may clog and-or damage arteries.
Particularly advanced glycation end products (AGEs), but also advanced lipoxidation products (ALEs) may damage arteries,
which includes HCAs.
Clogging can be caused by a lot of stuff that cannot be properly metabolized (oxysterols, bad fats, damaged proteins),
which may partly be the result of buffered AGEs.

You can eat everything you want. But sauerkraut is not wai, it is not a fruit. And you know it.

Please use your own experience. Try to taste it, does it taste good? Does it have that light feeling? Try to chew it thoroughly, isn't it too fibrous? Swallow some and eat some more. Make sure you chew very very thoroughly. If it doesn't give you any discomforts in your gut (pay close attention) and you actually feel good with it, then it shouldnt be too much of a problem.

My experiences with the cruciferous vegetables have learned me otherwise though. You need to chew excessively well to digest it properly. otherwise I will get a lot of dirty stools by adding cruciferous vegetables in my diet. A sign digestion problem.

No, nothing

I have bought a citrus juicer and today I have tried it out :D
Finally no more fiber, because some day's my belly is so bloated that i look like i am about 5 months pregnant.

From now only OJ (or carrot juice) coconut oil, egg yolks, fish.

You may also use a sieve for the juice, to minimize fiber content.

As RRM said, a sieve helps a lot. Something like this:
