Just wondering if someone could outline the longer term effects of binge eating on the body? I know for me the short term effects are obvious both internally and externally.
I feel that I am overeating hazelnuts and walnuts, because I feel my stomach is really heavy the next day. What kinds of consequences other than gaining weight do they create?

was just wondering if you open an avocado and there is brown on the inside does that mean it is rotten or just over ripe? ( by the way, they still taste good ) Is it similar to what happens to bananas as they age or get bruised?

Yes, similar (oxidation). You can just scrape off the brown part, or eat it.

My fear right now is that I often feel cravings to overeat on sugary fruits, I don't want any tomatos or cucumber or sashimi... only unlimited quantity of sugary fruits. Maybe i should change my diet to low-sugar vertion and more fat, because most of the time when i choose to eat something sweet i get strong impulses to oveareat and sometimes it is so hard to be conscious.
I think, this can be related to brain chemistry issues, serotonin sensitivity, dopamine and many problems with overeating and dieting in the past.
What I feel it is not physical hunger or needs for energy.
Any advices?

The way to prevent this is by making very sure not to eat a whole dried fruit in one sitting; you are only permitted to nibble and you need to focus on the effect on your blood-sugar level (you need 'to keep in touch').
What is 'psychological' very often is also a biochemical process.
Personally, I note that I tend to eat more bananas than apples, oranges or other fruits with a lower sugar/ weight ratio.
IMO, people trying to loose weight should keep this in mind and find out if they are one of those ¨sugar-junkies¨. If they fall under this category, simply eliminating those problematic foods and replacing them with fruit lower in sugar will probably help to solve the problem.
Mixing nuts with sugary foods can also be tricky for some individuals, creating that ¨sugar addiction¨.

Hello,
I got new blood test results:
Total cholesterol: 7.17 mmol/l (5-6 months ago total cholesterol was 7.05 mmol/l)
HDL: 2.52 mmol/l
LDL: 4.32mmol/l
Triglycerides: 0.73 mmol/l
I guess, there is nothing to worry about, high cholesterol levels are not a reason for concern, right?
p.s Usually I eat 6-8 yolks per day.
Fruits, juice, beef, salmon, olive and coconut oil. No cooked food.

That are very good levels of triglycerides so there is no need to worry, and since you don't eat cooked food, there will be little to no oxycholesterol. And alot less of other unregulated oxidation when comparing to normal people. I would say perfect.
Just keep a close watch on how much your body likes the egg yolks. After a while your body might give signals that it doesn't want so much yolks anymore and it's important to listen to that signal. Most often they will tend to make you a little neaseaus. I only eat a maximum of 4 a day now. I had times where I ate 15-17 (not everyday but on some days). Make sure you then replace it with other foods from animal sources.

Well, long time ago, when i was on Atkins diet I was eating lots of cooked protein and fat, then my HDL was 3.87 LDL 4.26 TGL 0.78
Anyway, should I increase my HDL with egg yolks?

No, everything below 5.5 mmol/L is perfect.What about LDL (4.32), isn't it is too big?
