Yes, I like the egg yolk too.
In WaiTalk, how about the bananas on the left of the "Wai Talk community forum", and the egg yolk on the right,
symbolizing once stance versus the other, 2 sides of the story etc.

OK, lets keep the Wai drawings for WaiSays...

Not for beginners, maybe,
but i do think WaiWiki is absolutely ready for publication.
Even though there are only 11 pages, the info on it is quite informative.
The page about the Maillard reaction already had over 5000 views.
So, can you please add WaiWiki to the title bar?

It's a LOT of work to do that (since every page contains the menu bar, every page has to be changed), so 1) i want to do that at home, and 2) i want to put the pages in Joomla at the same time. So maybe in the mean time you can make the Wiki Main Page a bit more presentable (i.c. a nice intro and such)?

When I type http://www.waiwiki.org I don't get directed to the wiki.
But when I enter the a specific URL such as http://www.waiwiki.org/index.php?title=Tilapia
then I do get at the required page.
Does anyone else get that too?

Also, nowadays after making an edit, I don't get automatically redirected to the edited page, which I have to do manually.

This is what the helpdesk wrote:

"We have adjusted the php code.
It seems that your application was not entirely compatible with the newest PHP version"

Maybe the same is true for WaiTalk???

The phpBB version we use (phpBB 3.0.12) is compatible with php versions greater than 4.6.6, and our version is 5, so that should be fine. Otherwise I'd think the forum wouldn't work at all...

you need a new webhost. the server is not in sync with the correct time. for example, i made a post recently which didn't show up in the forum because it was posted 2 days in the future. 2 days later, it showed up for everyone else, and i hadnt done anything like try to repost it.

i also couldnt make any new posts for those 2 days or so, because it thought i had "just made a post" since a post was pending for the future. this is not typical for phpbb in any case unless the server clock is messed up.
