Why slow cooked fish taste MUCH better than raw? Is it just because of protein denaturation? I don't like raw mackerel, but I can easily eat it , when it is slow cooked.

everyone is different, for example i don't like salmon at all (raw or slow cooked).
Anyway, maybe it's stupid question, but why does fish taste changes after slow cooking?
I have been drinking juice for one week (i use strainer for pulp)
My day looks like this:
2l of melon or orange juice + 60g OO, 5-9 egg yolks or 50-100g of fish
don't understand, I still have bloated belly and my legs feel weak and "heavy" when i'm jogging.
what reasons could cause it?
I have not tried out the following myself, but your bloating might have something to do with inferior food combining. The ones that has been mentioned here on the wai forum are: Eat proteins away from whole fruit (wait at least 1.5 hours before you eat whole fruits) and: Do not combine avocado with sweet fruits.
But there are also other combinations that should be avoided to eat together.
In this article it is explained more, just ignore what they say about eating vegetables (we know we don't like veggies ! ) and just read the parts about the actual combinings of fruit groups.
It might or might not help you, just try and see.

thanks for link, but the thing is that...i don't eat whole fruits at all, only melon juice, olive oil and fish or 3-9 yolks.
hmmm.. I am thinking to change melon juice to honey or other fruit juice that has less sucrose, maybe that will help
When you make the melon juice, do you sieve it? I made cantaloupe melon juice today in the juicer and when I sieved it I noticed that it is actually quite pulpy/fibery.
So it you have not sieved it before, try that...
