Do you mean you eat only one / twice a day?
And that you only consume whole fruits, and no juice whatsoever?
Or that you eat more meals, but only one or two meals consist of whole fruits?
Could be, that lower cholesterol levels and gone menstrual cycle are related?
Yes, that could be.
Maybe not so much the relationship between serum cholesterol and menstrual cycle,
but the decreased intake of dietary cholesterol and (the lack of) menstrual cycle.
Some women need more than 2 egg yolks a day for their menstrual cycle to be optimal.

If I were you, I would want to find the level of egg yolk consumption that gets your period back.
Maybe its just one egg yolk a day, or 2.

So, 3 month ago i started "Leangains" (just with Waidiet food) eating only one or two meals per day, my biggest meal was after workout. I was in light calorie deficit, and i did workouts 5 times per week.

After reducing egg yolks (from 5-9 per day, to 2-4 per week) my period has stopped immediately .
So, I decided to do an experiment, for 7 days i was eating 10 yolks on empty stomach, then 4-5 hour without food, and only then next meal.

I got my period back again. It came back today after being absent for three months.
I think it just proofs that egg yolks/cholesterol has such a big effects on womans health :)

Can amenorrhea be caused by too low carbs in the diet, for example: 30g-50g or ketogenic diet? Or is it always because of cholesterol?
I want to try keto diet (with raw foods, high fat, medium protein and low carbs) for some time, so i wonder how could this affect my period.

There are many factors that disturb the levels of various hormones. Cholesterol being just one of them.
Professional female athletes often have amenorrhea, for example, due to the (too) high level of physical activity (stress). Too low glucose levels are also a type of physical stress.

It might, actually, as energy levels do affect hormones.

I don't know whether it is related or not with high amount of fruits in my diet, but i had many problems with teeth this year and my blood test showed low PLT, low neutrophil and low hemoglobin, triglicerides are higher than before, my hair is shedding a lot and lately i started thinking is it really natural to at such huge amount of cabs 350-550g/day? What if in a long term high amount of fructose from fruts ( 60-90g/day) will be harmful?

I am not saying that high fat diet is healthy, but why I feel different after eating low carb foods, much calmer, pleasant feeling of satiety, no bloating, easier to make conscious decisions what and how much to eat?

After my bulimia in the past, low carb diet helps a lot because most binge eaters only binge on carbs or a combo of carbs and fat, so I can easily overeat on fruits, but can not sit down and eat plate after plate of veggies or fat alone

And one more thing, i have read many stories how people overcome cancer or epilepsy with high fat diet.

Fasting for many hours might solve that.
low PLT, low neutrophil and low haemoglobin
There are many possible causes for that.
Maybe you need a health check up?

There is nothing wrong with fructose, unless the fructose / glucose ratio is unnaturally high.
That's true for all nutrients (too much is bad).
In fruits, fructose and glucose are balanced.
If fructose from fruits would be bad, there would be a correlation between some diseases and fruit consumption.

Everybody is different.
I thrive on high carbs, maybe you do not.
i have read many stories how people overcome cancer or epilepsy with high fat diet.
We can read many stories about various claimed (opposing) cures.
Statistical data show a correlation between cancer prevention and fruit intake.
Not with a high fat intake, as far as I know.

I know, that is why I started eating only 2-3 times/day
In fruits, fructose and glucose are balanced.
so there is nothing wrong or unhealthy to consume for example: 100g fructose : 100g glucose g per day (from fruts), as long as the ratio is balanced?

There is no data about high RAW fat diets, only processed meat and fats. Maybe ketogenic diet is too extreme, but i think 50-150g carbs per day is optimal

How many grams of carbs/protein/fat per day do you eat?

Unless you are fructose intolerant, no, nothing.
Consuming fruits, the ratio is always balanced.
i think 50-150g carbs per day is optimal
For you, you mean?
That might be.
How many grams of carbs/protein/fat per day do you eat?
About 550/90/50

probably not
symptoms should be noticeable?

That might be.
Not for me, in general. I am quite active, 5 days weight lifting workouts/ week
For example: this woman http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1kuA-GC3RQE workout 3 hours/day and she eats only 30g of carbs, 60g-80g protein and a lot of fats
