Sounds like you still have a belly.Espirito wrote: i will not move from my belly.
I will suggest trying the fructose allergy idea after you get rid of your belly.
Because if you add glucose (dextrose or potato starch) [or other foods] to a full belly you will probably still feel ill from the full belly and blame it on the glucose [or other foods you are using to remedy the situation].
What you have in your belly is probably fiber. You will have to let the fiber pass through first.
There are at least 3 variables that I can currently think of that could be causing your discomfort: 1) lots of fiber, 2) lots of sucrose, 3) fructose.
These 3 variables should be tested out in the order listed, because the molecular size of fiber is probably the largest in size. A full belly would logically be caused by something that is taking a lot of space. Another idea would be gasses produced by undigested sugars increases belly space, either from too much sugar, or second an inability to process specific sugar types.
Oh, I just realized you just posted more: Okay, you are welcome on "seeing things". I predict you will have some sort of oily poo based on your menu if you ate that.Espirito wrote:I will remove fruits, to see if i'm allergic to them.
