Wait I still have some other idea to add:

What if Emeira is eats less iodine rich foods then her normal average ?
If Emeira tries this, there are three things that could happen:
Hypothesis 0: decreased iodine rich foods, has no effect to her symptoms.
Hypothesis 1: decreased iodine rich foods, decreases her symptoms.
Hypothesis 2: decreased iodine rich foods, increases her symptoms.
A tundra where will we be without trees? Thannnks!

i did two more tests, results seems normal:

Thyroid antibodies anti-TPO <28 (kIU/l) - normal ranges 0-35
FT3 3,65 (pmol/l) - normal ranges 3.5 - 6.5 pmol/L

So i don't have hashimoto's autoimmune disease, only low thyroid, because of too high TSH 4,79 and too low FT4 11.37

ok, so after one week i did TSH test again, just in another lab, results came back quite normal 2,89 (range from 0.4 - 4.0 or 0.3-3.0) and thyroid ultrasound showed that my thyroid is healthy too. By the way, doctor said that my hair loss is not because of thyroid.

So I feel really confused right now

i thought that only fiber can cause bloating, so after 4 days on 100% pumpkin, carrot, orange, grapes, apple, pear juice ( i use the strainer to eliminate all fiber)
still have a very big belly, abdominal bloating even cramps or pain (especially after apple-pear juices) :/ What could be the cause? fructose intolerance or what?

Any kind of intolerance can also cause bloating.
So we need to find the culprit.
I suggest starting an "elimination diet"; first you focus on the most basic diet you can think of;
for example: only orange juice and egg yolks for one whole week.
If that doesnt work, only apple juice and fish for one week.
If that doesnt work, only oil and egg yolks or fish for one week.

If however one of the above works, you can start adding one more food item per week.

bloating was because of constipation, as soon as I start diet only with juices and raw meat/yolks without fiber (no cooked food) constipation occurs

You cannot get to a conclusion yet, as you cannot rule out an intolerance.
A diet of juices and raw meat/yolks may still contain a food item that your body does 'not (completely) tolerate'.
It may be one of the juices, it may be the raw meat, it may be the yolks.

Also, If you get constipated without consuming anything that has sedative properties, you clearly have 'an issue' with one of the consumed items.
Constipation is not caused by the absence of something (fiber / water), but by the presence of something that causes constipation.
Just think about it:
Your stool comprises everything that is of no use to the body, such as fiber and connective tissue.
When drinking juice only, your stool will only consist of the fiber that even sieved juices still contain.
So, there is no absence of fiber in your intestines.
All that remains to be deported when drinking juice only, is fiber. Then everything contained in your colon will be fiber.
So, it is simply impossible that drinking juice only, you can get constipated due to a lack of fiber,
as all there is to deport, is fiber.

An intolerance however, may cause constipation and bloating.
Maybe you can try drinking only one type of juice for 3 days.
If you do not get constipated, your intestines may have an issue with raw meat/yolks, which may be less noticeable when consuming a lot of fiber.
Or your intestines may have an issue with specif juices only.
abdominal bloating even cramps or pain (especially after apple-pear juices)
This is an indication that you may be intolerant / have issues with specific ingredients in specific foods/juices.
There are so many special food constituents that are very specific to specific foods.
To find out which food(s) it is is/are, you just need to try an elimination diet.
Hence my advice to drink only one type of juice for 3 days.
Otherwise all we have left is speculation, which does not help you.

... or maybe it's not the food at all, but simply my gut flora is messed up... could be, no? (because of laxatives, bulimia or antibiotics, which i was using in the past). I am planning to buy probiotic supplements, but I am not sure yet if this is a good idea

Hmmm... in that case, maybe at first I can eliminate solid animal foods (beef, salmon), but not juces or egg yolks? After few days, if I'll still have problems with digestive system, then I am going to drink only one type of juice + yolks. What I am afraid is, that I can lose muscle mass, do you think egg yolks (4-6vnt) is enough to maintain it?

Yes, could be.
But even in that case it is likely that you are more sensitive to certain food items in comparison to others.
It is always good to know how your bodfy responses to specific foods.

It is only a good idea once you are sure (through experiments) that there is an imbalance in your digestive flora.
We do not know that yet.
Let us work methodological, so that we actually get somewhere.

Sure, you can try that first.

Yes, good idea.
And it might be a good idea to start with one of the juices that are lowest in free fructose relative to total carbvs, such as muskmelon (10%) juice or mandarin (13%) juice.
Once that goes well, you may try orange juice (31%), and if that goes well, even apple juice (50%)

59% guava
50% apple
50% kiwi
50% avocado (but only 0.8% of total carbs, fat, protein)
49% grapes
47% watermelon
46% sweet cherries
42% strawberries
35% pear
31% orange
29% granadilla (passion-fruit)
21% mango
20% plum
20% pineapple
19% lychee
17% banana
14% peach
13% mandarin
13% papaya
10% apricot
10% muskmelon (cantaloupe)
What I am afraid is, that I can lose muscle mass, do you think egg yolks (4-6vnt) is enough to maintain it?
For a woman, yes, absolutely.
6 yolks per day is certainly sufficient.

after reducing meat/fish constipation has gone and I didn't have any bloating after apple or pear juice or honey.
So my digestion system can't handle solid meat... does it means that something is wrong with my gut peristalsis or micro flora?
