Re: Beehappy
There is a typo in the last sentence of the poem!
Re: Beehappy
I´ll say it with Sheena Easton: For your eyes ooonly

Beehappy is a busy happybee,
kind and considerate bee,
knows all bees interests,
shares the joy with her hive,
and will give honey high fives.
I am sure she will buzz through all the deco bliss!

Update to the stack of threads I posted for you earlier:
I found it without the search engine! I knew it had to be somewhere. The thread below also links out to a science article, but this time it is actually on women and not men.Aytundra wrote:{Seriously the search engine is broken, I can't find the quote where it says: 'females are better than males at consuming egg yolks', either RRM or Oscar said that.
and I like that thread because it linked out to discussion on fatty acids to the threads on other Wai sites/or old Wai forums: http://www.3.waisays.com/omega3.htm, http://www.acneboard.com/AcneQandA/Forum5/000047.htmlRRM wrote:Its perfectly fine. 10 egg yolks would be perfect too. Your body will tell you what it prefers. Its just that men are less good in taking egg yolks than women (women need more cholesterol).viewtopic.php?f=20&t=995
Re: Beehappy
Thank you, Aytundra,
and please excuse my late answer. With the holidays and whatnot I didn't have the time to check in. Yes, this thread (and links) is/are explanatory and I remember to have read it some time ago.
At the moment, I am not hungry for anything . With the family eating SGD (standard German diet) and expecting me to cook for and eat with them, I had to compromise. We had slow cooked salmon and roast beef and so I hoped to keep the protein damage low.
I'll be back to the stricter Wai diet after the next weekend and intend to continue my experiments with different amounts of yolks, meat and fish.
Happy New Year to everyone!!

lol, there is no such thing as a late answer on message boards.beehappy wrote:and please excuse my late answer.
But there is the super power of time travelling to post before a post on this board.
