Low percentage of fat / Body fat 6-7-8%
Since I'm Wai diet, of course, I have no weight problem
I never even looked at my fat or sugar intake, but I would go down to a very low fat percentage (as you RRM) -something like 7-8-9%
I have to be at 12-13% and have abs, but I'd really like to go down to 8%
my current diet: juice + sugar, 100 grams fish + yellow, a little olive oil
we are not obligated to consume a lot of protein to arrive at 8% ???
Because I can not exceed 100 g fish
What is the best way to get down to 7-8-9% body fat on the Wai diet and with a maximum of 100 grams of fish daily?

With a maximum of 100 grams fish/yolks daily, you cannot do Wai Warrior fully, and still be muscled and ripped.
With a maximum of 100 grams daily, you need to spare the proteins in your body, eating many small meals per day.
Arriving at 8% is easy on a low protein diet.
Retaining muscle mass is a bit harder, but not with many meals per day.

Sometimes, after two days in the fridge, my juices are still good but they sparkling.
The juice sparkles, but it has a proper taste, it is not bad...
It is OK to drink juice or it is better throw ?

My juice sparkling as a soda Fanta or Sprite or Coke, you understand, sparkles after two-three days in the fridge. In 5 years it happened to me 4 times and I was wondering if you have to throw or drink like the taste remains good, just sparkling

I reduced my consumption of oil to 1 tablespoon per day and 50 grams tuna and 2 egg yolks per day. I have enough fat RRM ?
You can validate my new plan? it is a bit extreme but i like perseverance, I can keep my journal on this post?
Diet : That siever juice (whithout pulp): orange juice, apple-pineapple-mango juice, apple-mango juice, added sugar.
Day consumption of juices: every morning at 6 o'clock I will walk for an hour to start the day perfectly and prepare
Once the day starts, I always start with a large glass of orange juice + sugar + only my only soup spoon of oil of the day
Then I have two bottle of 700 ml juice + sugar I have with me if I move the day.
Then at night, weight training, then orange juice, then proteins, then juice
Basically, only the strained juice to feed the muscles, spread consumption throughout the day
Fat : 1 tablespoon olive oil + 2 egg yolks and 50g tuna
Protein: 50 grams tuna and 2 yellow
Absolutely nothing other than that

Diet and sport, recently I make sure to really eat very small meals throughout the day, very small, one muscle group per day, total failure of the muscle, every morning at 6 am walking for 1 hour
What changes in the plan, only the juice with sugar (to feed the muscles), 1 soup spoon of olive oil per day and 50G raw fish + 2 yellow.
No whole fruit during the three-month experiment, as juices, remember that is the purpose of her fat down to 7-8% bodyfat.
The exact amount of juice is unknown, because I press oranges day and I put in glasses sometimes, but usually is between 2.5 liters and 4 liters, depending on my activity physical and sugar I put in the juice

And drinking too much pineapple juice and also passion fruit gave me two canker sores, nothing nasty
I'm intermittent fasting until 18h at night to heal more quickly, and of course I stopped pineapple juice, passion fruit.
So today,
Monday 28/03/2016 :
New plan: just apple juice and orange juice, protein does not change
and Wai warrior until Wednesday I think, to remove canker sores as quickly
At 18h30 tonight: 1 liter of orange juice + sugar + olive oil
30 grams of tuna + 3 yellow + 1 tbs olive oil
500 ml orange juice
1.5 liters apple juice + sugar
Now my only juice: apple and orange
Sunday instead of whole fruits that makes me tired, I would be a salad on Sunday night, no protein sunday

It is just that they will contain less nutrients (eg B vitamins) than fresh juice.
But since getting enough nutrients is not an issue on this diet, you can perfectly drink that juice.

The cause is consuming more energy than you need.
You can consume a lot of fat and still be ripped.
It is just that when consuming fat, it is harder to feel how much you need exactly.
With sugars,it is much easier to be in touch with your energy needs.
But, no, being too fat is not caused by dietary fat, but by too much energy in total

When I extract my versapers apple juice, some as apple variety Royal Gala or Golden delicious have much puree (pulp) that remains in the sieve, I like to take this apple puree, put it in a bowl with sugar and a little apple juice ...
The result is like an apple compote and I love it ...
It's ok to keep apple puree remaining in the sieve when I prepare my apple juice or you better throw?
And of course, the skin of all fruits and always removed before being placed in the Versapers
Last thing, at times (I never bought) but where I buy my white sugar, sometimes they have very fine white sugar but I always look at the ingredients and I was even surprised that there was white sugar + corn starch ingredients into sugar that, when sugar is extra fine ... it's not ok as sugar that?
