I have eaten such eggs in China. It is a bit weird but tastes ok. I guess when you have to perserve stuff if you're living outside of western standard living facilities.. it is a good way to perserve food. (But how did they come to think of it: we take the eggs, bake them in mud and salt and stuff.. ? :lol)
I guess it is already a no-no for this diet also because as it seems most of the cholesterol has been broken down.. from 10 to 2 grams.. if I read that table right.
ok to eat century egg?
