are vegetables best removed from diet or just not necessary
I'm trying to help people I know eat better. People are usually shocked when I advise them to not eat grains. I'm convinced that grains cause health problems.
When it comes to vegetables, I know wai doesn't include them. I am also convinced that they are not necessary for adequate nutrition. Some people I advise want to eat them for variety or because they like them.
I'm trying to help people take steps to get a better diet. I guess I'm trying to decide if vegetables are bad for our health or simply not necessary.

Of all bad foods, maybe vegetables are the least bad, because they contain no oxysterols, trans fats, and little bad proteins.
However, they are still bad: http://www.youngerthanyourage.com/13/plants.htm
But, when it comes to people not wanting to do the diet 100%, vegetables are the best munch foods, for variety, for example.

From what I've read I think vegetable are hard to digest and give you a big of a tummy because they require intestinal gas release?
Not sure bu I think that's why. But I also think if you juice them that might get rid of the problem.
Same thing with cooking; makes them easier to digest but then you have the side effects of cooking.
